Time zone

Please remember that all of our booking slots are based on an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).

For example, if you book an 8am slot, our ETA will be anytime between 8am and 10am. This gives us flexibility for unexpected delays such as traffic or overrun jobs.

Please ensure someone is present during the entire ETA window.
Do not proceed with the booking if this arrangement is unsuitable.

We will text or call you once we are on route to give you an updated ETA.
